Recovery is a Self-Help mental Health group for nervous patients. In Recovery we learn and practice techniques that help us to be self-led instead of letting our nervous fears and symptoms lead us. To learn more about the Recovery method please check out the Recovery International Website
When you come to a meeting you will receive a new member packet and the leader of the meeting will explain the parts of the meeting as well as answer any questions you have about the Recovery Method and how it works.
